Hello, my name is Alex and I'm a gaming addict

Recently turned 26, I live in Poland and I'm an IT system analyst that is going to get married soon-ish
Was born raised and spent first 25 years of my life in Ukraine, 9 of which in Kiev, its capital.
I'm 190cm tall, brown eyes, black hair (or no hair, cause I trim it short). Photos may follow soon-ish

So I speak Russian, Ukrainian, English, a tiny bit of French and more than a little Polish. So if anyone needs to learn some Russian, feel free! I tend to misuse English articles a lot, so if someone corrected me and showed me the ultimate "English articles use rule" I would be forever in their debt.

It's obvious that my main hobby is gaming; my second main hobby, no matter how contradicting it sounds is Linux Third best hobby, that was forced on me by my fiance is travelling:
We already visited almost all the worthwhile places in Poland, been to Greece, Germany, Montenegro, Czech Republic over last 5 months. Planning to go touring to South-East Asia in spring.
Oh and I love owls, I have no idea why I love them, but I do.

As for gaming, I have around 10 years of MMO experience behind my back. I've seen a plethora of online universes, good and bad. I spent a lot of time in Ragnarok Online, WoW, SWTOR and GW2.
Used to like RTS games, was quite good in Warcraft 3 and Starcraft 2 in 2002 and 2012
For a long period of my life I was very fond of MOBAs, I started playing DOTA in 2004 and quit it only 1.5 years ago. Played some League for 6 months but it turned out not to be my thing.
I'm quite good in fighting games - been playing Street Fighter IV and MK9/10. My mains are Rose in SFIV and Ermac in MK9/10.
I usually never miss a good single RPG title. If it was good and was released after ~1997, you name it — I probably played it. And I'm an avid Souls series fan. Countless hours were spent killing and dying in Dark Souls 2, as it has the most balanced PvP in souls games IMO.

My main focus in MMOs has been PvP for a while now, the more competitive - the better. That's why I fell in love with B&S the moment I saw it. I'm planning to main a Blade Dancer, and a Force Master waifu is going to be my alt, probably.

I love the aesthetics of the guild! Come on, CupcakeThunder LOL! And its focus seems to be a perfect fit. As a person who has a full time job, works out 3-4 times a week, has a girl that constantly demands attention, I cannot guarantee to be online for 4+ hrs/day. But I don't want to end up in 100% casual guild either, where it's impossible to ask advice from experienced players and do high end PvE. And that's what I'm going to find here, I hope

At the beginning there will not be a lot of help from me, as I barely know a thing about the game. But you can expect me to be online at least a couple of hours a day, be sociable, help with group content and what not. And when I get some knowledge of the game, I'm planning to contribute in terms of class guides. English B&S resources are lacking and need to be developed
