    Hey all,

I posted a guide on what to do when you just reached 45 a while back, now I want to describe briefly what you can do after you have been 45 for a while and add some pointers along the way.

    Preparation:
    • Stage you need to be in or almost, weapon upgraded to true profane stage 10 (you don't need the best gems yet) and no you absolutely don't need the end gear weapon (true siren), its an absolute waist as the proc on true profane is incredible (it doesn't mean you shouldn't already farm for the mats needed but do not upgrade yet)

    • Hint on weapon upgrading from now on, do not ever use any green, blue or even purple weapons ever again to upgrade...instead you should always salvage them and aim for the conversion tab (aka inventory and underneath in the window) and make the stones either separately or in a package, the same counts for gem upgrading.

    • Stage for accesoirries awakened infernal MAX (=stage where it gets expensive;-)), siren belt max and the blue bracelet

    • Soul shields, full blackram or either moonwater faction exchange soul shields with crit where ever you can(enhance with either green crit soul shields that drop in fleet 24 = cheap way, or enhance with blue crit bopae aka dokume blue dungeon soul shields = expensive way).

    • Extra make an alt ranged class with the exact same stats as described above, yes A RANGED class. (HIGHLY recommended)

What to do once you reach that state:

Lets face it, you require a lot of gold and mats and you need to farm effective and try to make a way where you can earn more then 10g a day (10g=poh 24/6, 4 blues, factions and selling everything on ONE character)

Scratch all the above in your daily routine except for factions aka soulstones farm, why? It takes way to much time and the only reason you need to do those is for a specific weapon upgrade or accessoiries, blue or purple item or purple soul shields. You can consider doing 24 poh with a guild group of 6 but even then sometimes it takes to long to have a boss spawn or you are to late to tag a commander, or most guild members already done it etc....

What you need to do is farm terrors and yes blackwyrm himself, the boxes he drops and the terrors are giving you a lot more expensive items. Ill leave it to you all to actually take a look at what those are but it doesn't take a genious to see what sells high on the AH.

Example I got 9 gold in one hour farming terrors going solo....compare that with Poh 24/6 even doing that effectively with 6 guild members, the quests only give you like 3,5g-4,5g.

Now the question is on how to do it, start by going to misty woods, it doesn't matter in what channel you are, go solo and start watching the chat, its full of people asking things like ch9 terrors come, or invite for ch 11 terrors, respond in the same way in faction chat and ask for an invite, check you channel for terrors and opposing faction, if they are running there and the other faction isn't killing them, speak in chat and say it, it wont take long before getting an invite or you are being asked for an invite.
Keep you eyes open for blackwyrm chat messages as well, type in chat you want an invite.

    Some last pointers:
    1. A ranged class is by far the easiest way to farm terrors and blackwyrm, if you are melee good luck, may the force be with you:p (on a serious note dying as melee means 9/10 full death as you stay in range of the boss when trying to release)
    2. Research on guides to effectively do DPS with your class, it is very important on both terrors and blackwyrm to stay alive(you are allowed to die and still get a box but its not recommendable, you need to do a minimum amount of damage) and do as much damage as you can, your specific box drop depends on it.
    3. Bring tons of healing pots, you are going to need them and collect the antidotes you get from terrors
    4. Crimson league or Cerilian makes a difference I tend to notice its far better to farm in Cerilian, more activity
    5. Try to avoid rooting spells, you are interrupting the normal rotations from the bosses especially on blackwyrm, you are making in harder for the tank and for yourself as you need to guess where there rotation is and when to use your Iframes.
    6. Optimizing your PC settings: it is well knows that BNS runs on an old engine, killing terrors can really make your game feel sluggish, stuttering etc,,, for starters always press Ctrl F character view off, optimize for combat settings in the setting menu, set everything on low until you feel you are in a 4/6 men dungeon
    7. Be and stay friendly at all times even when things go wrong in your channel, stay positive

    GOOD LUCK all !!! :p

Much thanks for the insights! After Terror farming last night, I immediately thought of making an FM and level him/her just to farm Terror/BW and daily soulstone.

Do you recommend Blue for faction farming? I think it makes sense at the moment since Red is way too messy right now. I do hope situation changes but let's see. I have a few question of post lvl 45 weapon path, would you like to have a look and help addressing some of my questions if possible. Thanks. here's the link

PS: FM and Summoners, which one is easier? :D I need an ezpz class especially now that I cant play too much haha

you can take both but people tend to flame a lot on summoners because of the Q ability (tank), do not ever tank with a summoner on terrors and especially not on blackwyrm, Ill take a look at your questions later on

How about an assassin? Can their permanent stealth be beneficial for these type of hunts?
